Turnover time is 1 week-3 months. I am not primarily an artist so my regular ol’ boring 9-5 takes priority. This sometimes creates short periods of time where I am completely away from home or otherwise unable to work on art. I don’t like to rush or turn in something I’m unhappy with; I’m very likely to redo things a few times at the cost of a prompt delivery. Sorry!

If you have waited over 3 months (90 days from the day of payment received), you are eligible for a refund.

You can ask for a verbal update or screenshot at any time. Let me know at time of order if you want me to send over the sketch(es) for confirmation before proceeding.

Send me your email address so I can send .png and .clip files. I always post completed works to deviantArt; let me know beforehand if you would like me not to post.

Feel free to post/use art as reference (with credit given!)
